Karen has always been interested in the digital world and enjoys the fast pace changes that it brings. Having worked in marketing for many years, Karen realised that too many organisations were missing out on really interacting with their clients and prospects or using social media to its full potential.

Multi-channel social media is Karen’s forte and getting the message out and keeping that message in people’s minds is key. Karen has worked with many clients over the years from a whole range of sectors within the business world and increasingly the voluntary sector.

Karen is also a vital cog in our consultancy wheel, working behind the scenes to make things happen from events to research and keeping us organised.

Outside of work the pace for Karen does not slow down as she enjoys fitness classes, photography, travel and time out with her family and pet dog Layla.

• Invincipeople achieved a record 30% increase in company turnover for a client within the first 3 months.
